Presstex Report Cover with Prong Clip

The ACCO 17022 is a letter-size report cover made from 20 pt. Presstex material in light blue. It uses a prong clip mechanism to hold punched sheets and offers a 2-inch folder capacity. The cover contains 30% recycled content and is sold individually.

Suited for filing large document sets.

This cover suits offices or students who need to bind thick stacks of letter-size pages with standard 2 3/4-inch center-to-center holes. Buyers who only store a few sheets will find the 2-inch capacity unnecessary. It does not suit anyone needing a different hole pattern or a smaller profile.

2-inch folder capacity determines volume fit

The single specification that decides fit is the 2-inch folder capacity, which sets the maximum thickness of paper the prong clip can secure. Match this figure to the typical stack height you plan to file before purchasing.

Questions about this item

What size of punched paper fits the 2 3/4" centre-to-centre holes on the ACCO 17022?

Standard US letter pages punched with two holes spaced 2 3/4 inches apart will align with the prong clips.

Will the 20 pt. Presstex cover hold up if I keep reusing it with older 3-ring binders?

The durable Tyvek and leather construction resists tearing, so it slides in and out of standard binders without wearing out.

How can I confirm the 2-inch capacity is working as intended after loading the cover?

When the prong clips close flat and the spine sits straight with no bulging, the folder is holding its rated 2-inch stack.
