Presstex Report Cover 2" Capacity

This ACCO 17028 report cover is designed for students and office staff who need to bind and protect letter-size documents. The top-binding design keeps pages secure while allowing the cover to stack neatly on shelves or in drawers.

2" Prong Fastener Capacity

The prong clip fasteners adjust to hold up to two inches of paper, which determines whether the cover suits your project thickness. Covers with less capacity will not close properly on larger reports, while this model accommodates substantial document sets.

Moisture-Resistant Presstex Construction

The 20 pt genuine Presstex surface resists moisture to extend the life of the cover during daily handling. A tear-resistant Tyvek spine tape reinforces the binding edge, and the cover lies extra-flat for tidy storage without warping.

Questions about this item

How much paper does the 2" capacity actually hold in everyday use?

The 2" folder capacity accepts a large stack of letter-size sheets; the exact count depends on paper thickness and any dividers you add.

What does the 2 3/4" centre-to-centre hole spacing mean for filing?

The holes are spaced 2 3/4" apart to match standard two-prong fasteners and most letter-size binding systems.

Will the 20 pt Presstex cover fit on a standard letter-size shelf or binder?

The cover measures 8 1/2" x 11" and lies extra-flat, so it stacks neatly on letter-size shelves and fits standard binders.
