6-Inch Capacity Red Binder

This ACCO Presstex accessory secures up to six inches of unburst sheets in a single binder. Retractable storage hooks support both single-point and drop-file hanging systems. The acrylic coating provides a water-resistant cover for added document protection. Flexible nylon posts adjust to match the load while keeping storage space minimal.

Top and Bottom Loading Upgrade

The design replaces fixed single-entry binders by allowing sheets to be added from the top or the bottom. Adjustable posts expand to the full six-inch capacity without requiring a wider footprint. The jump is worthwhile when projects grow beyond standard binder limits and need hanging-file compatibility. Retractable hooks keep the binder compatible with existing filing rails.

Post Spacing and Hook Clearance

Verify that your continuous-form sheets match one of the supported center-post spacings listed in the specifications. Confirm the filing cabinet or rail system accepts the retractable hooks in either single-point or drop-file mode. Ensure the water-resistant acrylic cover meets any specific archival or handling requirements you have.
