Pressboard Hanging Data Binder

The ACCO 54122 is a pressboard hanging data binder built to hold up to 6 inches of unburst continuous-form sheets. Its Presstex cover carries an acrylic coating that resists water and scuffs. Retractable hooks work with both single-point and drop-file hanging systems. Flexible nylon posts adjust to several centre-post spacings for versatile filing.

High-volume continuous-form filing

This binder suits offices that store large stacks of computer printouts or forms in hanging rails. The top- and bottom-loading design speeds up sheet insertion and removal. Buyers who need ring binders for loose-leaf letter or A4 paper should look elsewhere. It is also not intended for lightweight desktop filing where a slimmer binder would suffice.

6-inch capacity with adjustable posts

The flexible nylon posts expand to secure a full 6-inch stack while collapsing for compact storage. They accept centre-post settings of 10-1/2, 9, 8-1/2, 8 and 7 inches. This single measure determines whether the binder matches your existing hanging rail and sheet format.

Questions about this item

Will the 10-1/2 inch center posts on my existing continuous-form paper fit this ACCO 54122 binder?

Yes, the flexible nylon posts adjust to accommodate 10-1/2 inch center posts along with 9 inch, 8-1/2 inch, 8 inch and 7 inch spacing for versatile filing.

How can I verify the retractable hooks are properly engaged in my drop-file system?

The hooks extend for single-point or drop-file hanging; you will hear them click into place and the binder will hang securely without sliding on the rail.

Does the box include the continuous-form paper or just the light blue binder?

Only the binder is included; the Presstex cover with acrylic coating and retractable hooks arrive ready for your unburst sheets up to 6 inches thick.
