ACCO 54129 Pressboard Hanging Data Binder 11 x 8-1/2 Executive Red

Executive Red Hanging Data Binder

The ACCO 54129 pressboard binder is designed for offices that manage continuous-form printouts and unburst computer paper. Its top-loading and bottom-loading design allows quick insertion or removal of sheets without disturbing the entire stack. Retractable storage hooks support both single-point and drop-file hanging systems. The executive red Presstex cover includes an acrylic coating for water resistance.

Adjustable Nylon Post Capacity

Flexible nylon posts adjust to hold up to 6 inches of unburst sheets, expanding as projects grow while collapsing for compact storage. The binder accommodates center-post spacings of 10 inches, 9 inches, 8-1/2 inches, 8 inches, and 7 inches. This range covers common wide-carriage formats without requiring separate binders for each pitch. Posts lock securely to prevent sheets from sliding out during transport.

High-Volume Continuous Form Storage

The binder comfortably handles large print runs, audit trails, and archival reports that arrive in continuous feed format. Capacity runs out when sheet thickness exceeds the 6-inch post limit or when the project demands a center-post spacing outside the five supported measurements. For loose-leaf ring binding or standard letter-size punched paper, a different binder style is required.
