Hanging data binder for continuous forms

The ACCO 54133 is a pressboard hanging data binder built to organise continuous-form sheets in office and archival settings. Its Presstex covers carry an acrylic coating that resists moisture. Retractable hooks support both single-point and drop-file hanging systems. Flexible nylon posts adjust to hold up to six inches of unburst material.

Users needing expandable hanging storage

This binder suits teams that file large volumes of continuous computer printouts or ledger sheets and need a durable, water-resistant cover. It is not for buyers who require ring mechanisms for loose-leaf pages. It is also not for users who need a compact binder for standard letter-size documents without hanging hooks.

Adjustable posts for four centre-to-centre spacings

The nylon posts can be set to 11-1/2, 10-1/2, 9, or 8-1/2 inches to match the sprocket-hole spacing of your forms. Choosing the correct spacing determines whether the binder will accept your existing continuous sheets.

Questions about this item

How do I install the 54133 binder on a single-point filing system?

Extend the retractable storage hooks and hang the binder directly onto the single-point rails; the hooks lock into place without tools.

What part of the 54133 binder will need replacement after heavy use?

The flexible nylon posts can fatigue over time; replacement posts in 11, 10, 9, and 8-1/2 inch lengths are available separately.

What capacity limit appears first when the 54133 binder is fully loaded daily?

The 6-inch sheet capacity is reached before the Presstex covers or acrylic coating show wear.
