Multi-size NiMH pack for mixed-device households

This Accupower AccuLoop bundle supplies 16 AA cells at 2600 mAh, 16 AAA cells at 1100 mAh, 8 C cells at 4500 mAh and 8 D cells at 10000 mAh. Every cell delivers 1.2 V NiMH chemistry and arrives pre-charged. The assortment covers remotes, toys, torches and larger portable gear in a single purchase. Buyers who need 9 V blocks or lithium primaries will not find them here.

NiMH voltage and self-discharge limits

Each cell provides a nominal 1.2 V, which is lower than the 1.5 V of alkaline equivalents; some devices with strict voltage cut-offs may treat them as flat sooner. The AccuLoop formulation holds 85 percent of charge after one year in storage, yet self-discharge still occurs and cells will eventually need recharging before use. High-drain applications that demand sustained peak current beyond NiMH capability are not served by this chemistry.

Capacity per cell decides runtime

The single specification that determines suitability is the milliampere-hour rating printed on each size: 2600 mAh for AA, 1100 mAh for AAA, 4500 mAh for C and 10000 mAh for D. Match these figures to the current draw of your device to estimate operating time. No other metric in the data overrides this capacity value.

Questions about this item

Should I pick the 2600 mAh AA, 1100 mAh AAA, 4500 mAh C or 10000 mAh D cells for my devices?

Match the cell size to the device; the pack supplies 16 AA at 2600 mAh, 16 AAA at 1100 mAh, 8 C at 4500 mAh and 8 D at 10000 mAh.

What runtime can I expect from the 2600 mAh AA cells in a high-drain device?

Each AA delivers 1.2 Volt and 2600 mAh; actual runtime depends on the device current draw but the rated capacity is 2600 mAh.

Does the NiMH chemistry limit the voltage or charging method compared with alkaline cells?

All cells are 1.2 Volt NiMH, pre-charged and holding 85% charge after a year; use a NiMH charger rather than an alkaline charger.
