Compact Mini PC for Office and Media

The ACEMAGIC S1 is a small-form-factor desktop built around an Intel Alder Lake-N N100 processor with four cores and four threads. It ships with 16 GB of DDR4 memory and a 512 GB NVMe SSD, ready for everyday office tasks, 4K video playback and light educational use. The vertical chassis includes a customisable LCD panel and RGB lighting for a distinctive desk presence.

15 W Processor Defines Performance Envelope

The N100 runs at a base power of 15 W and can boost up to 3.6 GHz, setting the hard limit for sustained workloads. Single-channel 16 GB DDR4 and a single M.2 NVMe PCIe 3.0 slot mean memory bandwidth and storage throughput are fixed at this level. Buyers who need higher multi-thread performance or dual-channel memory should look elsewhere.

Passive-Friendly Thermals with Dual LAN

At 15 W TDP the system stays cool and quiet under typical office loads, with the vertical layout helping natural convection. Dual LAN ports provide wired redundancy while WiFi 6 and Bluetooth 5.2 handle wireless peripherals. Two HDMI outputs drive dual 4K displays at 60 Hz for multi-monitor productivity.

Questions about this item

What does the 3.6 GHz boost clock mean for everyday tasks on this Intel N100 mini PC?

The four-core N100 reaches 3.6 GHz in short bursts, so office apps, 4K video and web browsing stay responsive while the 15 W power limit keeps heat and fan noise low.

How fast is the WiFi 6 connection in practice on this S1 mini PC?

The 802.11ax radio tops out at 9.6 Gbps on 2.4 GHz and 5 GHz bands, though real-world throughput will be lower and depends on your router and environment.

What clearance does the 5.12 x 5.12 x 1.97 inch chassis need for the magnetic cover and vertical stand?

Allow a few centimetres above the unit for the magnetic cover to lift off and enough desk depth for the vertical orientation; the footprint is 5.12 inches square.
