Acer Aspire Go 15 AG15-42P-R917

This 15.6-inch laptop ships with an AMD Ryzen 7 7730U processor, 64GB of DDR4 memory and a 2TB PCIe NVMe SSD. It targets students and office workers who need ample RAM and storage for multitasking, document work and media playback without discrete graphics demands.

Dockztorm Wireless Mouse included

The bundled wireless mouse adds a dedicated pointing device so users can work at a desk without relying on the built-in trackpad. No extra software or recovery media are mentioned in the configuration, so the Windows 11 Home installation remains the standard retail image.

Ready to use out of the box

The system arrives with upgrades already installed and tested by the integrator, so there is no memory or storage installation required by the buyer. The 65W power adapter and 3-cell 51 WHr battery are fitted, and the only common setup step is completing the Windows 11 first-run experience.

Questions about this item

Can the 64GB DDR4 memory be expanded later?

The 64GB DDR4 SO-DIMM fills the available slot, so no further memory expansion is possible.

What limits the Ryzen 7 7730U during long workloads?

The 65W power adapter and 51 WHr battery cap sustained performance before thermal throttling becomes the bottleneck.

How loud and hot does the chassis get under all-day use?

The 15.6-inch chassis with integrated Radeon graphics stays warm but quiet; fan noise rises only during heavy multi-core loads.
