ThinkPad T490 i7 business laptop

This Lenovo ThinkPad T490 i7 is a 14.0 inch laptop with Windows 10 Pro for office and mobile professionals. It runs on an Intel Core i7 8565U processor with four cores and 4.60 GHz turbo frequency. The system includes 40GB DDR4 memory and a 1TB PCIe NVMe SSD.

Suits users needing high memory and fast storage

The 40GB DDR4 capacity helps multitasking across many browser tabs and business applications. Integrated Intel UHD 620 graphics limits this device to light visual work. Buyers who need discrete graphics performance or a touchscreen display should look elsewhere.

40GB DDR4 memory is the deciding spec

This configuration provides substantially more RAM than standard 8GB or 16GB models, reducing swap usage during heavy workloads. The single 1TB PCIe NVMe drive offers quick boot and load times. Verify that your workflow benefits from this memory amount before purchasing.
