Ready for office workloads

This desktop ships with a 14th-generation Intel Core i5-14400 processor, 32GB of DDR5 memory and an 8TB PCIe NVMe SSD. It is aimed at professionals and home-office users who need responsive multitasking and ample local storage for large document libraries or media archives. The integrated Intel UHD 730 graphics handle everyday display output across two HDMI ports without a discrete card.

Thermals and power in daily use

A 300W power supply feeds the CPU, memory and storage while an air cooler manages processor heat under typical business loads. The chassis measures 6.7 by 13.9 by 13.45 inches and weighs 10.2lb, allowing it to sit quietly on or under a desk. Fan noise stays low during standard productivity tasks such as document editing, video calls and web browsing.

Bundled extras that change the experience

A one-year Microsoft 365 Personal subscription adds premium Office applications and 1TB of OneDrive cloud storage for a single user across Windows, macOS, iOS and Android. The included Dockztorm USB hub expands connectivity beyond the built-in four USB 2.0 ports, one USB 3.2 Type-C port, SD card reader and combo audio jack. A USB keyboard and mouse complete the ready-to-work package.

Questions about this item

How do I install the 32GB DDR5 memory and what step do people often miss?

The 32GB DDR5 DIMMs slot into the motherboard's UDIMM sockets; the step often missed is pressing each module down until both side clips click fully closed.

What maintenance or replacement will the 300W power supply need later?

The 300W unit is sealed; plan to replace it if fan noise increases or the system shuts down under load, typically after several years of continuous use.

What limit shows up first on the Intel UHD 730 graphics during sustained use?

The integrated GPU shares system memory and hits its thermal ceiling first, causing clock throttling during extended 3D or compute workloads.
