16-inch WQXGA 165 Hz gaming laptop

The Acer Nitro 16 AN16-41-R5KC pairs an AMD Ryzen 9 7940HS processor with an NVIDIA GeForce RTX 4070 Laptop GPU at 140 W MGP. A 16.0-inch 2560 x 1600 IPS panel delivers 165 Hz refresh, 3 ms overdrive response and 500 nit brightness. Sixteen gigabytes of DDR5 5600 memory and a 1 TB PCIe Gen 4 SSD complete the core specification for high-frame-rate gaming and content creation.

Check power delivery and display connections

The chassis includes one HDMI 2.1 port and two USB Type-C ports. One Type-C supports USB4 at up to 40 Gbps with Power Delivery up to 65 W; the second handles USB 3.2 Gen 2 at 10 Gbps, DisplayPort over USB-C and the same 65 W charging. Two USB 3.2 Gen 2 Type-A ports and one USB 2.0 port provide legacy peripheral support. Verify that your monitors and docks match these interfaces and power profiles.

Dual-fan cooling and Windows 11 Home shape

A dual-fan system with dual intake and quad-exhaust ports manages thermals for the 8-core CPU and 8 GB GDDR6 GPU. The panel adds NVIDIA G-SYNC and Advanced Optimus for variable refresh switching. Windows 11 Home 64-bit is pre-installed, and AMD Ryzen AI technology is built into the processor for supported workloads. No additional software suites are mentioned in the specification.
