Questions about this item

Does the 65W adapter run hot or make noise when powering a Chromebook C720 all day?

It delivers 19V at 3.42A continuously, so it warms up under load but has no fan and runs silently.

What cable or connector must I already have to use the PA-1650-80 with an Aspire S5-391?

The unit ships with the mains lead and the barrel tip that fits the S5-391 charging port.

Will this 19V 65W unit safely charge an older Acer model that originally used a 65W adapter?

Yes — it matches the 19V 3.42A spec listed for the Aspire S5-391 and Chromebook C720 series.
