The Acer Triton 500 SE-16 is a gray gaming laptop built around a 16.0-inch Wide QXGA panel running at 165Hz. It pairs an 11th Gen Intel Core i7-11800H processor with an NVIDIA RTX 3070 laptop GPU and 16GB of DDR4 memory. The system includes 4TB of PCIe NVMe storage across two 2TB drives and ships with Windows 10 Home. A matching Atlas backpack is included in the box.

Suits mobile creators and competitive players

This configuration fits users who need high refresh-rate visuals and dedicated RTX 3070 graphics in a 5.4lb chassis. The 16:10 aspect ratio and 2560x1600 resolution benefit timeline editing and multitasking. Buyers who want a lighter ultraportable or a larger chassis should consider other form factors. The 230W power supply and 99 WHr battery support extended sessions away from a desk.

Deciding spec: RTX 3070 8GB GDDR6 GPU

The RTX 3070 with 8GB of GDDR6 memory determines whether this laptop meets your graphics workload. It enables VR-ready performance and drives the 165Hz display in modern titles. If your applications demand more video memory or a higher GPU tier, this unit will not match those requirements. The 8GB frame buffer is the fixed limit for this model.
