Curved 31.5 inch VA gaming monitor

The Acer Nitro EDA320Q Pbiipx is a 31.5 inch curved display built for competitive gaming. Its 1500R VA panel delivers a 1920 x 1080 resolution with a 16:9 aspect ratio. The anti-glare coating and wide 178 degree viewing angles suit both solo and shared viewing. AMD FreeSync Premium synchronises the refresh rate with compatible graphics cards.

Sustained 180Hz refresh with 1ms response

The monitor runs at a 180Hz maximum refresh rate rather than a short burst figure. A 1ms VRB response time keeps motion clear during extended sessions. The 3000:1 static contrast ratio and 250 cd/m2 brightness remain stable over long periods. NTSC 72% colour coverage is consistent across the curved surface.

1500R curvature defines the viewing experience

The 1500R curve radius is the single specification that determines whether this monitor fits the user’s setup. It wraps the 31.5 inch panel around the viewer for immersive gaming. Buyers who prefer flat screens or tighter curves should consider this measurement first. VESA 100 x 100mm mounting allows alternative positioning.

Questions about this item

Does the 1500R curve on this 31.5 inch panel require a specific viewing distance?

The 1500R curvature is designed to match the natural field of view at typical desktop distances; sit roughly an arm's length away for the most immersive experience.

Can I run the full 180 Hz refresh rate over both HDMI and DisplayPort?

The DisplayPort 1.2 connection supports the 180 Hz refresh rate at 1920 x 1080; the two HDMI 1.4 ports are limited to 165 Hz at the same resolution.

Is the stand adjustable or do I need a VESA arm for ergonomic positioning?

The included stand provides tilt adjustment only; for height, swivel or pivot movement you will need a separate 100 x 100 mm VESA mount.
