Acer Aspire 3 15 Touch laptop

This 15.6" Full HD touchscreen laptop runs Windows 11 Home on an AMD Ryzen 5 7520U processor with 16GB DDR5 memory and a 1TB NVME SSD. It includes AMD Radeon graphics, Wi-Fi 6, Bluetooth 5.0, HDMI output, and a 720p webcam in a silver chassis.

Who this suits and who it does not

Professionals and students needing a responsive touchscreen for office apps, web browsing, and video calls will find the specification well matched. Buyers who want a backlit keyboard, dedicated graphics memory, or a lighter ultraportable form factor should consider alternatives.

The spec that decides fit

The 15.6" 1920 x 1080 touchscreen display defines the device size and interaction model; if a non-touch panel or a different screen diagonal is required, this model will not match the workflow.

Questions about this item

Does the AMD Ryzen 5 7520U throttle under long workloads?

The processor runs at 2.80 GHz base and can boost to 4.30 GHz across four cores; sustained speed depends on the 45 W power supply and the 3-cell battery thermal limits.

How loud or hot does the laptop get during all-day use?

With a 45 W adapter and passive cooling design, surface temperatures rise under load but the chassis stays within typical business-laptop ranges; fan noise is audible at high RPM.

Which ports and cables do I need to connect an external monitor?

One HDMI 2.1 port and one USB Type-C 3.2 port support video out; you need an HDMI cable or a USB-C to DisplayPort adapter and a compatible monitor.
