195 W Osram P-VIP output

The Osram P-VIP bulb runs at 195 W and is rated for 5000 hours in standard mode or 10000 hours in eco mode, giving a clear choice between maximum brightness and extended service life. Light output will gradually decline as the rated hours are approached, and the lamp cannot exceed the stated wattage or life figures.

ISO 9001 manufacturing standard

Each unit is produced under ISO 9001 quality controls covering beam performance, ignition, voltage, connections and run-time, so the lamp meets the defined production baseline. The standard does not guarantee a specific brightness level or colour accuracy beyond the manufacturer's own specifications for this bulb type.

Questions about this item

Will the 195 W EV-W62H lamp run correctly in the Acer projector I already own?

The module is built to the same 195 W specification as the original lamp and includes a pre-assembled housing, so it installs directly into compatible Acer projectors without wiring changes.

How can I confirm the Osram P-VIP bulb is performing to its rated 5 000-hour standard life after installation?

Reset the projector's lamp-hour counter at first use; the counter will then track actual runtime against the 5 000-hour standard or 10 000-hour eco rating.

Does the EV-W62H shipment include the complete housing or only the bare Osram bulb?

The package contains the fully assembled lamp module — bulb inside housing — so no separate housing purchase is needed.
