16-inch WQXGA gaming laptop

The Acer Nitro 16S pairs a 16.0-inch 2560 x 1600 display running at 180Hz with an AMD Ryzen AI 9 365 10-core processor and an NVIDIA GeForce RTX 5070 Ti 12GB GDDR7 GPU. 32GB of DDR5 4800 memory and a 1TB PCIe SSD complete the core specification. Windows 11 Pro is pre-installed.

Ports and wireless upgrades

The chassis adds HDMI, USB 3.2 Type-C and a headphone/microphone combo jack for external displays and peripherals. Wi-Fi 6E and Bluetooth 5.4 replace the older 802.11ac wireless LAN, giving faster, more stable connections for online play and streaming. A built-in webcam and RGB backlit keyboard round out the feature set.

Factory-open inspection and upgrade

Each unit is opened by engineers to install the specified memory and storage, then tested for factory defects before resealing. The original one-year manufacturer warranty remains on untouched components, while the upgraded RAM and SSD carry a separate one-year warranty. No fingerprint reader or card reader is fitted, so biometric login and media import need external solutions.

Questions about this item

Will the 16-inch 180 Hz panel fit on my desk?

The laptop measures 14.05 by 10.85 by 0.78 inches and weighs 4.81 lbs, so it needs roughly that much flat space plus room for the power brick.

Can I add more storage later without losing the factory warranty?

The supplier opens the original seal for upgrades and provides a 1-year warranty on any upgraded RAM or SSD, while the remaining components keep the standard 1-year manufacturer warranty.

Which external monitors can I drive over the built-in HDMI and USB-C ports?

The HDMI and USB 3.2 Type-C outputs support typical 4K 60 Hz or 1440p high-refresh panels; check your monitor's spec sheet for the exact mode you need.
