Questions about this item

How do I install the 32 GB DDR5 upgrade, and which slot do people put it in by mistake?

The laptop ships with 16 GB soldered and one free DDR5 SO-DIMM slot; the 32 GB module goes in that single slot, not under the keyboard where no slot exists.

What maintenance will the 4 TB PCIe SSD need after heavy write cycles?

No scheduled maintenance is required; the drive has no moving parts, and Windows 11 Pro TRIM support keeps performance stable over time.

At what point does the 165 Hz IPS panel hit its brightness ceiling during long sessions?

The screen tops out at 250 nits, so sustained HDR content or bright rooms will hit that limit before the 165 Hz refresh does.
