Genuine replacement lamp for Acer projectors

The Acer P1266i is a new 180W projector lamp module that includes a pre-assembled P-VIP bulb inside its housing. It is rated for 4,000 hours of operation and arrives ready for immediate installation without separate bulb handling.

Check your projector model

Verify that your Acer projector uses the EC.J6900.001 lamp module and confirm the existing lamp has reached or is approaching its rated life. The unit is manufactured to ISO9001 standards and undergoes quality checks for ignition, voltage and run-time, but it is not a universal fit for other brands or series.

Pre-assembled housing saves installation time

Because the bulb and housing ship as a single module, you avoid the alignment and seating steps required by bare-bulb replacements. The lamp is offered in OEM and compatible versions that both meet the same 4,000-hour specification, so the choice affects sourcing rather than performance.

Questions about this item

What comes in the box and do I need to buy a housing separately?

The module includes a new 180W P-VIP bulb already fitted inside its housing, so no extra housing is required.

There are several versions listed — which one should I choose?

Three OEM versions come from Philips, Osram, Ushio, Phoenix, Iwasaki or Matsushita, plus a compatible version using genuine OEM parts; all meet ISO 9001 checks.

What does the 4,000-hour rating mean for daily use?

It is the rated lamp life at standard brightness; actual hours will vary with projector settings and operating conditions.
