140 to 215 watt P-VIP lamp performance

The Osram P-VIP bulb operates between 140 and 215 watts depending on the projector's selected mode. In normal mode the rated life is 3000 hours; switching to economy mode extends the rating to 4000 hours. Output stability is maintained across the power range for consistent brightness during extended sessions.

ISO 9001 manufacturing and direct-fit housing

Each lamp is built to ISO 9001 quality standards and tested for beam performance, ignition voltage, connections and run-time. The pre-assembled housing matches the original mounting points, eliminating alignment adjustments during replacement. Buyers who need a bare bulb without housing or a different wattage range should look elsewhere.

Questions about this item

How much heat and power does the 140 - 215W Osram P-VIP bulb produce during all-day use?

The lamp draws between 140 and 215 watts depending on the projector's selected mode; higher wattage means more heat, so ensure the projector's ventilation remains unobstructed for continuous operation.

Which Acer projector models accept the PE-X42 lamp module with the EC.K0700.001 housing?

This module is designed as a direct replacement for projectors that specify the Acer PE-X42 lamp; verify your projector's manual lists that exact lamp code before purchasing.

Will the 3,000-hour normal and 4,000-hour economy ratings match the lamp timer on my older Acer projector?

Yes, the rated lifespans of 3,000 hours in normal mode and 4,000 hours in economy mode align with the projector's built-in timer, so the replacement lamp will track correctly.
