18-inch Mini LED 4K gaming laptop

The Acer Predator Helios 18 AI PH18-73-962W is an 18-inch gaming laptop built for users who need desktop-class performance in a portable chassis. It ships with Windows 11 Home and includes a wireless mouse. The Abyssal Black finish houses an 18.0-inch Mini LED panel running at 3840x2400 resolution.

RTX 5090 24 GB GDDR7 graphics

The single specification that decides fit is the NVIDIA GeForce RTX 5090 with 24 GB of GDDR7 memory. This dedicated GPU delivers the graphics horsepower for 4K gaming, VR workflows and heavy rendering tasks. Buyers who do not require this tier of graphics should consider a different configuration.

Pre-upgraded internals, no user assembly

The system arrives professionally upgraded by the integrator with 128 GB of DDR5 SO-DIMM memory and a 4 TB PCIe NVMe SSD already installed. No internal assembly is required; the buyer only connects the 400 W power adapter and peripherals. The 99 WHr battery and 7.6 lb weight mean mobility is limited compared to thinner ultraportables.

Questions about this item

The chassis measures 12.15 IN wide by 16.7 IN deep by 1.25 IN high and weighs 7.6lb, so check your stand's maximum width and weight limit before buying.

Can I run the RTX 5090 GPU at full power without an external power brick?

The system ships with a 400W PSU that powers the RTX 5090 24GB GDDR7 and the Ultra 9 275HX together, no extra brick is required.
