Questions about this item

How do I verify the 165Hz 2560x1600 panel is running at full refresh after setup?

Open Windows Settings, go to System > Display > Advanced display and confirm the refresh rate dropdown shows 165 Hz. In the NVIDIA Control Panel under Change resolution, ensure the 2560x1600 @ 165Hz mode is selected and Apply.

What ships in the box and what must I purchase separately?

The package contains the Triton 500 SE-16 laptop, 230W power adapter, and the Atlas 1680D polyester backpack with padded notebook sleeve, three zippered compartments and an anti-RFID pocket. No optical drive, external storage or additional RAM modules are included.

Which configuration choice fits a user who wants maximum factory storage without opening the chassis?

This unit already provides 1 TB via two 512 GB PCIe NVMe SSDs. Since both M.2 slots are populated, there is no larger single-drive option from the factory; adding capacity later would require replacing one module.
