Acer X1184G projector lamp replacement

This replacement lamp module fits Acer projectors that use the X1184G part number. It includes a new Osram P-VIP 195W bulb pre-assembled in its housing so the unit is ready to install. The product is sold new and manufactured to ISO 9001 quality standards. Buyers who need a different wattage or lamp type for another projector model cannot use this module.

Easy installation with pre-assembled housing

The lamp arrives as a complete bulb-and-housing unit, so no separate bulb handling or alignment is required. Installation typically involves opening the projector lamp door, removing the old module, and sliding this one into place. The main risk is forgetting to reset the projector lamp timer after fitting the new module, which can cause premature replacement warnings. Users who are uncomfortable opening the projector casing may prefer professional installation.

Consistent output across standard and eco modes

In standard mode the lamp is rated for 5000 hours of operation, while eco mode extends the rating to 10000 hours by reducing power draw. Brightness remains stable throughout the rated life in either mode, with no sudden drop-off before the hour limit is reached. The 195W Osram P-VIP bulb maintains colour balance and ignition reliability during extended sessions. Projectors that lack an eco mode setting will not benefit from the longer rating.
