Acer X1184PG projector lamp with Osram P-VIP bulb

This OEM replacement module fits Acer projectors using the X1184PG designation and arrives with a new 195W Osram P-VIP bulb already mounted in its housing. It is intended for owners who need a direct swap without separate bulb handling. The MC.JN811.001 part number matches the original equipment specification for compatible models. Installation is straightforward because the assembly is fully pre-assembled.

195W P-VIP lamp life limits in standard

The lamp delivers 5000 hours of rated life in standard mode and extends to 10000 hours when the projector runs in eco mode. Brightness and colour stability will gradually decline as those limits are approached, so plan replacement before critical presentations. Actual runtime varies with usage patterns, ambient temperature and power-cycle frequency. The 195W rating defines the thermal load your projector must dissipate.

Replaces worn original lamps when image dims

Swap this module when the existing lamp reaches its hour counter limit, shows noticeable dimming or triggers the projector replacement alert. The jump is worth it if downtime during a lamp failure would disrupt scheduled use. Buyers who need a different wattage, connector layout or form factor for another projector model cannot use this unit. It does not upgrade brightness beyond the projector's original design.

Questions about this item

Which version of the X1184PG lamp should I pick?

Three OEM versions are offered — from the original bulb maker, from Acer, or from another OEM bulb maker — plus a compatible version built with genuine OEM parts; all are manufactured to ISO9001 standards and tested for beam performance, ignition, voltage and run-time.

What does the 195W rating mean for my projector?

It matches the original lamp’s power draw, so brightness and heat output stay exactly as the projector was designed for.

How long will the Osram P-VIP 195W bulb last in standard and eco modes?

Rated 5000 hours in standard mode and 10000 hours in eco mode.
