Questions about this item

Which version of the Acer X1284G lamp should I choose among the OEM and compatible options?

Four versions are offered: the original bulb-maker OEM lamp, the Acer-sold OEM lamp, an alternative OEM lamp from a different bulb manufacturer, and a lower-cost compatible lamp built with genuine OEM parts. All are manufactured to ISO9001 standards and tested for beam performance, ignition, voltage, appearance, connections and run-time.

What does the 5000-hour STD rating mean for daily use?

In standard mode the 195W P-VIP bulb is rated for 5000 hours; switching to ECO mode extends the rating to 10000 hours, so actual life depends on which brightness setting you run.

Does the MC.JN811.001 module require any separate ballast or connector?

The module ships as a fully assembled bulb and housing, ready for direct installation in the projector without extra parts.
