Acer X1285G Projector Lamp

This projector lamp module uses a 195W Osram P-VIP bulb rated for 5000 hours in standard mode and 10000 hours in ECO mode. It is designed as a direct replacement for compatible Acer projectors. The unit arrives fully assembled with housing, so no separate bulb handling is required. Buyers who need a different wattage or a lamp for another projector series cannot use this model.

Easy Installation With Pre-Assembled Housing

The lamp ships as a complete module including the bulb and housing, allowing straightforward installation without aligning a bare bulb. The only common issue is forgetting to reset the projector's lamp-hour counter after fitting the new module, which can leave the replacement warning active. No special tools are mentioned in the supplied data, and the housing matches the original form factor for a direct swap.

Lamp Life Limits and Projector Compatibility

The 195W P-VIP lamp delivers 5000 hours at standard brightness or 10000 hours in ECO mode, after which light output will decline and replacement becomes necessary. This module fits only the Acer X1285G and projectors sharing the same lamp specification; it will not work in models that require a different wattage, bulb type or housing design. The 195W rating and P-VIP technology define the practical limits of this replacement.
