Acer X1380WH replacement lamp module

This OEM replacement lamp module fits the Acer X1380WH projector and includes a new Osram P-VIP bulb pre-assembled in its housing for immediate installation. It is intended for owners of that specific projector model who need a direct replacement light source. Buyers with different projector models or those seeking bare bulbs without housing should look elsewhere.

P-VIP lamp operating range and rated life

The lamp operates between 140 and 215 watts and is rated for 3000 hours in normal mode or 4000 hours in economy mode. Brightness and lamp longevity will vary depending on which power setting the projector uses. Users who run the projector continuously at the higher wattage should expect the shorter rated lifespan.

ISO9001 manufacturing and ready-to-fit housing

Each unit is manufactured to ISO9001 standards and undergoes checks for beam performance, ignition, voltage, appearance, connections and run-time. The pre-assembled housing eliminates the need for bulb-to-housing alignment during installation. No additional tools or separate components are required to complete the swap.

Questions about this item

Which version of the Acer X1380WH lamp should I choose among the OEM and compatible options?

Three OEM versions are offered: the lamp direct from the bulb maker, the same lamp sold by Acer, and an OEM compatible from another bulb manufacturer. A lower-cost compatible version using genuine OEM parts is also available.

What does the 140‑215W rating mean for brightness and heat in my projector?

The lamp operates between 140 and 215 watts; higher wattage increases light output and heat, so the projector’s normal and economy modes adjust power within this range to balance brightness, fan noise and lamp life.

How does the P‑VIP lamp type and the 3,000‑4,000 hour rating affect replacement timing?

The P‑VIP lamp delivers 3,000 hours in normal mode and 4,000 hours in economy mode; plan replacement when the projector’s hour counter approaches these figures to avoid sudden dimming or shutdown.
