Five-Computer Premium Backup Plan

This Acronis True Image Premium subscription covers five computers and includes one terabyte of cloud storage for a one-year term. It supports Windows, macOS, iOS and Android devices, making it suitable for households or small offices with mixed operating systems. The licence is delivered as a download, so no physical media is required.

Download Installation and Common Issues

Installation begins by downloading the installer from the vendor portal and running it on each supported computer. Windows 7 SP1 through Windows 10 May 2021 Update are supported, along with macOS High Sierra 10.13 through Big Sur 11.0. Mobile devices require iOS 11.0 or later and Android 6.0 or later. A frequent issue is attempting to install on an unsupported OS version or exceeding the five-computer licence limit.

Cloud Storage and Local Backup Limits

The included cloud quota is fixed at one terabyte shared across all five licences; additional space cannot be added within this subscription. Local backups are limited only by the destination drive capacity, but the rescue media feature requires a separate USB drive. Ransomware protection and videoconferencing privacy features operate only while the subscription is active and the agent is running.
