What the bundle is and who uses it

The Acroprint BioTouch time clock bundle is a self-contained attendance system for businesses that need to track up to 500 employees without a network connection. It captures punches by fingerprint, proximity badge or PIN and stores up to 200000 transactions internally. Setup is done by editing shift rules on an Excel spreadsheet and loading them with the supplied flash drive.

How it fits into a workplace

The clock operates standalone so it needs only a power outlet and a flat surface or wall for mounting; no Ethernet port or server is required. The included stand lets it sit on a desk or table, while the wall-mount option keeps it secure in high-traffic areas. Because all data stays on the device, it frees IT staff from configuring network services or managing remote databases.

What the included accessories change

The bundle supplies the flash drive that transfers shift schedules from a spreadsheet to the clock, eliminating manual keypad entry for up to five shifts. Proximity badges are also included, giving every employee a physical credential that works alongside the fingerprint reader. With both enrolment methods ready out of the box, administrators can issue credentials immediately instead of ordering cards separately.
