What the Collection Contains

This PlayStation 4 package bundles the base Destiny 2 game with three expansions: Curse of Osiris, Warmind, and Forsaken. The ESRB rates it Teen and the genre is listed as RPG. It is a new, single-disc product aimed at players who do not already own any Destiny 2 content and want the complete story up to the Forsaken release.

Who Should Buy It and Who Should Not

The collection suits newcomers who want every campaign, strike, and raid released before the Annual Pass in one purchase. It does not suit players who already own the base game or the first two expansions, because duplicate licences cannot be merged. It also does not suit anyone without a PlayStation 4 console or an internet connection required for the shared-world features.

Long-Term Play Experience

After the initial campaign finishes, the game shifts to seasonal activities, recurring strikes, and the Gambit hybrid mode that blends PvE and PvP objectives. Progression relies on weekly milestones and random exotic drops, so play sessions settle into a routine of replaying familiar content for incremental gear improvements rather than constant new narrative.
