Compact SMT heat sink for surface-mount chips

This aluminium heat sink measures 0.4" × 0.4" (10 mm × 10 mm) and stands 0.3" (7.6 mm) tall with nine round fins. It is designed to attach directly to flat packages such as BGAs, TSSOPs and QFNs using thermal tape or paste. The part is supplied new without thermal interface material included.
