16-Core Ryzen 9 Workstation PC

This desktop combines a 16-core AMD Ryzen 9 9950X processor with 64GB of DDR5 memory and 8TB of NVMe storage. It ships with Windows 11 Pro and a liquid-cooled tower chassis. The system targets creators and power users who need high multi-threaded throughput for rendering, compilation or heavy multitasking.

Ideal for heavy multi-threaded workloads

The 16 cores and 32 threads suit video editing, 3D rendering and software builds that scale across many threads. Buyers whose primary focus is high-refresh 1080p or 1440p gaming alone may find the CPU investment disproportionate to the GPU tier. Teams needing ECC memory or certified ISV drivers should verify platform support before purchase.

8TB dual NVMe storage array

Two 4TB PCIe 4.0 drives deliver up to 7450 MB/s reads and 6900 MB/s writes in a single volume. This capacity and speed combination removes the need for external scratch disks in most media workflows. Users planning large RAID arrays or requiring U.2 bays will need a different chassis and controller.

Questions about this item

What case dimensions and drive bays does the Ceres 300 tower provide for the 240 mm liquid cooler and storage?

The case measures 475 x 245 x 463 mm and includes one 3.5-inch or two 2.5-inch drive bays; front and rear 140 mm fans are pre-installed for the 240 mm AIO radiator.

How do I install the 240 mm AIO cooler on the AM5 socket, and what step is often missed?

Mount the supplied AM5 bracket onto the motherboard backplate, apply thermal paste, seat the cold plate, then connect the pump header and ARGB cable — builders often forget the ARGB connection.

Which components will need replacement first in this workstation?

The 140 mm case fans rated at 30 dBA and the 850 W Bronze PSU are the only moving parts; the AIO pump and SSD have no user-serviceable schedule.
