16-Core Ryzen 9 Workstation

This desktop combines a 16-core AMD Ryzen 9 9950X processor with 32GB of DDR5 memory and an Nvidia RTX PRO 5000 Blackwell graphics card holding 48GB of video memory. It targets engineers and creators who need certified drivers for SolidWorks CAD, CAM and CAE modelling workloads.

Sustained Load Thermal Behaviour

A 360mm liquid cooler handles the CPU while the Antec mid-tower case supplies three front 120mm fans, a PSU-shroud 120mm fan and a rear 120mm fan. The Thermaltake 1200W 80 PLUS Gold power unit uses a 140mm fan and Japanese main capacitors to maintain stable delivery during long render or simulation sessions.

Interface Practical Limits

The Gigabyte X870 Eagle motherboard provides two USB4 Type-C ports, one USB 3.2 Gen 2 port, one USB 3.2 Gen 1 port and four USB 2.0 ports at the rear. Internal headers add a further Type-C, four USB 3.2 Gen 1 and four USB 2.0 connections alongside four SATA 6Gb/s ports and three M.2 slots for additional NVMe storage.
