Ready-built workstation for editing and AI

This tower desktop ships with a 24-core Intel Core i9-14900K, 192GB DDR5 memory and an Nvidia GeForce RTX 5060 8GB graphics card. A 1TB Samsung 990 PRO NVMe drive and a 10TB hard drive provide fast boot and deep storage. The system targets video editors, 3D modellers and developers who need multi-threaded compute and GPU acceleration out of the box.

Motherboard layout and power capacity

The Gigabyte Z790 AORUS board uses an LGA 1700 socket and four DDR5 slots, all populated at the 192GB maximum. Four M.2 connectors and six SATA 6Gb/s ports remain for extra drives. A Thermaltake Smart 850W 80 PLUS Bronze unit powers the build; verify that its connector count matches any additional components you plan to install.

Liquid cooling and case airflow

A 360mm quiet-edition AIO cooler handles the CPU while the Cooler Master HAF 500 case moves air through two front 200mm ARGB fans, a rear 120mm ARGB fan and a dedicated 120mm GPU fan. Tempered-glass panels expose the interior. Front-panel I/O includes USB 3.2 Gen 1, USB 3.2 Gen 2 Type-C and audio jacks for daily peripheral access.

Questions about this item

Does the system ship with Windows 11 Pro installed, or do I need to buy a licence separately?

Windows 11 Pro is pre-installed and activated, so no separate licence purchase is required.

The listing shows 192 GB DDR5 across four slots — is that the maximum the board supports or can I add more later?

The Z790 AORUS motherboard supports a maximum of 192 GB, and all four slots are already populated, so no further memory can be added.

The i9-14900K is rated up to 6.00 GHz — will it sustain that speed under heavy rendering workloads with the 360 mm liquid cooler?

The 360 mm Quiet Edition AIO is designed to keep the 24-core CPU at high boost clocks during sustained loads, though exact all-core frequencies depend on workload and ambient temperature.
