Tower workstation for AI and rendering

This tower desktop targets creators and researchers who need 24-core Intel Core Ultra 9 285K processing, 128GB DDR5 memory and an Nvidia GeForce RTX 5080 16GB GPU for local model training, 3D rendering and video editing. The system ships with Windows 11 Pro 64-bit and a 1TB Samsung 990 PRO NVMe drive for fast project loading.

Liquid cooling and high-wattage power

A 360mm quiet-edition AIO cooler handles the CPU while a Thermaltake Toughpower 1000W 80 PLUS Gold PSU with Japanese main capacitors delivers stable power under sustained heavy loads. The Gigabyte Z890 Eagle motherboard adds Wi-Fi 7 2x2, Bluetooth 5.4, Intel 2.5Gb Ethernet and four M.2 slots for future storage expansion.

Check motherboard clearance and drive bays

The case measures 447 x 215 x 469 mm and includes front 2 x 140 mm PWM fans, a USB 3.2 Gen 2x2 Type-C port and internal bays for two 3.5-inch and two 2.5-inch drives. Verify that your workspace fits the tower dimensions and that any additional drives you plan to install match the available SATA and M.2 connectors.

Questions about this item

How often should the liquid in the 360 mm AIO cooler be checked or replaced?

The 360 mm AIO cooler is a sealed unit and does not require routine fluid replacement. Inspect the tubing and fittings once a year for leaks or kinks and clean the radiator fins if dust builds up.

Which component reaches its thermal or power ceiling first when the CPU runs at 5.70 GHz and the GPU at full load?

The 1000 W 80 PLUS Gold PSU sets the overall power ceiling; the CPU can draw up to its 5.70 GHz boost while the RTX 5080 16 GB operates within the same budget, so the power supply limit appears before either chip throttles.

What fan speeds and noise levels should I expect from the 140 mm front fans and the AIO radiator fans during an all-day render?

The case ships with two 140 mm PWM front fans and a 360 mm AIO radiator; all fans are PWM controlled and the PSU uses an ultra-quiet 140 mm fan, so noise stays low while the liquid loop keeps CPU temperatures steady under sustained load.
