System Identity

This mid-tower desktop arrives new with Windows 11 Pro and a 24-core Intel Core Ultra 9 285K processor. Liquid cooling and 64 GB of DDR5 memory support demanding creative workloads and multitasking. The black Corsair 4000D chassis includes tempered glass panels and front-panel USB 3.2 Type-C access.

Graphics Constraint

The system relies on the processor's integrated graphics with USB4 and DisplayPort outputs. No discrete graphics card is installed, so 3D rendering, high-refresh gaming or multi-monitor arrays beyond the integrated limits will require a separate GPU purchase. Builders who need dedicated video memory should plan for that addition.

Storage and Connectivity

A 4 TB Samsung 990 PRO PCIe 4.0x4 NVMe drive delivers sequential reads up to 7450 MB/s and writes up to 6900 MB/s. The Gigabyte Z890 UD motherboard adds Wi-Fi 6E, Bluetooth 5.3, Intel 2.5 Gb Ethernet, four M.2 slots and four SATA ports for future expansion. The 850 W 80 PLUS Bronze power supply provides headroom for a later graphics upgrade.

Questions about this item

What does the 24-core Intel Core Ultra 9 285K deliver once installed in this desktop?

The 24-core Intel Core Ultra 9 285K runs at a 3.7 GHz base clock and can boost up to 5.70 GHz with 36 MB of L3 cache, giving strong multi-threaded performance for gaming and content creation.

How does the PCIe 4.0 x4 interface limit the Samsung 990 PRO 4TB SSD in this build?

The M.2 slot is wired for PCIe 4.0 x4, so the SSD tops out at its rated 7450 MB/s read and 6900 MB/s write — PCIe 5.0 speeds are not available on this platform.

Will the 360 mm liquid cooler and Corsair 4000D case fit together without clearance issues?

Yes — the 360 mm Quiet Edition AIO is designed for the Corsair 4000D's 490 x 239 x 486 mm interior, and the case supports a 360 mm radiator in the front or top mount.
