Built for heavy multitasking

This desktop pairs a 24-core Intel Core i9-14900K with 32 GB of DDR5 memory and a 1 TB NVMe drive. Liquid cooling keeps the processor stable during sustained workloads. The system ships with Windows 11 Pro and integrated graphics for immediate use.

Ready for a discrete GPU

The Z790 motherboard provides three M.2 slots and four SATA ports for additional storage. Four memory slots support up to 192 GB of DDR5 when more capacity is needed. A full-length PCIe slot and an 850 W power supply leave room for a dedicated graphics card. Internal bays accept two 3.5-inch and two 2.5-inch drives.

Quiet liquid cooling under load

A 360 mm quiet-edition AIO handles the CPU heat while a 140 mm PSU fan runs at low noise. The 80 PLUS Bronze unit delivers 850 W with over-voltage and short-circuit protection. Front-panel USB 3.2 Type-C and rear 2.5 Gb Ethernet keep connectivity fast.

Questions about this item

How long can the 360 mm liquid cooler keep the 24-core i9-14900K at full boost before thermal throttling?

The 360 mm quiet-edition AIO is designed to handle the 14900K's 24 cores and 36 MB L3 cache under sustained loads; actual throttle point depends on case airflow and ambient temperature.

What noise and heat levels should I expect from the 850 W Bronze PSU and 140 mm fan during all-day operation?

The Thermaltake Smart 850 W 80 PLUS Bronze unit uses a Japanese main capacitor and an ultra-quiet 140 mm fan rated for low noise, while the 360 mm AIO adds minimal acoustic load.

Which display cable do I need to use the integrated HDMI and DisplayPort outputs on this Z790 system?

Any standard HDMI or DisplayPort cable will carry video from the CPU's integrated graphics; no discrete GPU is installed, so the motherboard rear ports are the only video outputs.
