Threadripper PRO 9975WX workstation

The Adamant Custom desktop integrates a 32-core AMD Threadripper PRO 9975WX processor with 512GB DDR5 ECC memory and an Nvidia RTX PRO 2000 16GB GPU. It targets engineers, researchers and content creators who need certified stability for simulation, rendering and large-model inference. Windows 11 Pro is pre-installed on a 2TB Samsung 990 PRO boot drive.

Sustained load with liquid cooling

A 360mm quiet-edition AIO cooler keeps the 4.0GHz base clock steady during multi-hour compiles or GPU-accelerated workloads. The Thermaltake 1200W 80 PLUS Gold PSU delivers continuous power with over-voltage, under-voltage and short-circuit protection. Dual LAN ports and rear USB4 Type-C maintain throughput when moving multi-terabyte datasets between nodes.

Build accessibility and common issues

The Corsair 5000D FRAME case offers tool-less side panels, front 120mm intake and rear 120mm exhaust for straightforward component access. Four additional M.2 slots and eight SATA 6Gb/s ports on the Gigabyte TRX50 AERO D motherboard allow storage expansion without removing the GPU. Builders who need more than three NVMe drives must add their own heatsinks for the mid-board slots.

Questions about this item

How loud and hot does the 360 mm liquid cooler keep the 32-core Threadripper PRO 9975WX when it runs all day?

The 360 mm Quiet Edition AIO cooler and the 140 mm PSU fan are both described as ultra-quiet, so the system stays cool with low noise even under sustained 32-core workloads.

What display cables or monitors must I already own to use the RTX PRO 2000 16 GB graphics card?

The card uses standard DisplayPort and HDMI outputs, so any monitor with those inputs and the matching cables you already have will work immediately.

Will my existing SATA III hard drives and USB 3.0 peripherals connect to the TRX50 AERO motherboard without adapters?

Yes — the board provides eight SATA 6 Gb/s ports and multiple USB 3.2 Gen 1 and Gen 2 headers, so current SATA drives and USB 3.0 devices plug in directly.
