16-Core Ryzen 9 Workstation

This desktop pairs a 16-core Ryzen 9 9950X processor with 128GB of DDR5 memory and a Radeon RX 9070 XT graphics card. A 360mm liquid cooler manages thermals inside a Corsair 4000D tower. It ships with Windows 11 Pro installed and includes Wi-Fi 7 connectivity.

From Standard Gaming Builds

The 16-core CPU and 128GB of DDR5 move this system beyond typical gaming configurations into workstation territory. The jump is worthwhile when workloads such as video editing, 3D rendering or heavy multitasking demand sustained multi-thread performance and large memory capacity.

1TB NVMe Plus 10TB HDD

The 1TB NVMe drive provides fast boot and application loading, while the 10TB hard drive adds deep bulk storage for project archives and media libraries. Memory can be expanded to 192GB across four slots. The 850W power supply supports the current GPU; builders planning multiple high-power cards will need a larger unit.

Questions about this item

Will the 490 mm deep Corsair 4000D case fit on my desk?

The tower measures 490 mm deep, 239 mm wide and 486 mm high; allow a few centimetres extra for rear cables and front-panel airflow.

Does the 360 mm liquid cooler need any extra steps during setup?

The AIO arrives pre-filled and mounted; only connect the pump header and the three 140 mm radiator fans to the motherboard fan headers.

How many more DDR5 modules can I add later?

Four slots total are present and all are populated with the 128 GB kit; the board supports up to 192 GB, so a larger kit would require replacing the existing memory.
