6-Core Ryzen 5 9600X Liquid-Cooled Desktop

This Adamant Custom system pairs a six-core Ryzen 5 9600X processor with 64GB of DDR5 memory and a 240mm liquid cooler. It targets creators and professionals who need responsive multitasking and quiet operation in a single workstation.

Sustained Load Behaviour

The 240mm Quiet Edition cooler keeps the CPU near its 5.40 GHz boost during extended rendering or compile jobs without the noise spikes typical of air towers. The Thermaltake Smart 750W Bronze supply delivers stable power through long sessions thanks to its Japanese main capacitor and 140mm low-noise fan.

PCIe 4.0 Storage Limits

The Samsung 990 PRO NVMe drive connects over four PCIe 4.0 lanes, reaching 7450 MB/s reads and 6900 MB/s writes; performance will not exceed the bus ceiling. The 10TB hard drive adds bulk capacity over SATA 6Gb/s, while the motherboard reserves three additional M.2 slots for future expansion.

Questions about this item

How loud is the 240 mm liquid cooler and 140 mm PSU fan under sustained load?

The CPU uses a 240 mm quiet-edition liquid cooler and the 750 W PSU has a 140 mm ultra-quiet fan, so noise stays low even during long sessions.

Does the motherboard provide enough rear USB ports for my existing keyboard, mouse, headset and two external drives?

The PRIME X870-P rear panel includes two USB4 Type-C ports, one USB 10 Gbps port, three USB 5 Gbps ports and four USB 2.0 ports for all those devices.

Will my older SATA SSDs and hard drives fit inside the Antec P20 case and connect to the board?

The case has two internal 3.5"/2.5" bays and the motherboard offers two SATA 6 Gb/s connectors for legacy drives.
