Ready-to-run gaming workstation

This desktop arrives with Windows 11 Pro installed and an eight-core Ryzen 7 9700X processor paired with 128GB of DDR5 memory. The system targets creators and gamers who need strong multi-threaded performance and a large 8TB NVMe storage array in a single mid-tower chassis.

Straightforward component access

The Antec P20 case provides a tempered-glass side panel that removes with thumbscrews, giving clear access to the motherboard, the 240mm liquid cooler and the two M.2 SSD slots. Builders should note that the front-mounted radiator occupies the three 120mm fan positions, so additional front intake fans cannot be fitted without reconfiguring the cooling loop.

Platform ceiling at 192GB memory

The PRIME X870-P motherboard supports a maximum of 192GB of DDR5 across four slots, so the current 128GB kit leaves room for one more upgrade step. The board also supplies two USB4 ports at 40Gbps and Wi-Fi 7 connectivity, but only two M.2 connectors are wired for PCIe 4.0x4, limiting future NVMe expansion to the pair already populated.

Questions about this item

How do I confirm the liquid cooler is running after first boot?

Enter the UEFI on the PRIME X870-P and verify the pump header shows RPM and the CPU temperature settles near idle within a few minutes.

Which accessories are missing from the Antec P20 case bundle?

The system includes Windows 11 Pro, 128 GB DDR5, 8 TB NVMe storage (two 4 TB Samsung 990 PRO drives), RTX 5060 8 GB, 750 W PSU and Wi-Fi 7; a display, keyboard and mouse must be added.

Why choose the 8 TB dual-drive configuration over a single larger SSD?

Two 4 TB Samsung 990 PRO drives provide up to 7 450 MB/s read and 6 900 MB/s write each, doubling bandwidth for parallel workloads while keeping the 128 GB DDR5 and RTX 5060 fed.
