Ryzen 7 9800X3D Gaming Desktop

This liquid-cooled tower pairs an 8-core AMD Ryzen 7 9800X3D processor with an Nvidia GeForce RTX 5080 graphics card. It ships with Windows 11 Pro and combines 32 GB of DDR5 memory, 8 TB of NVMe SSD storage and a 10 TB hard drive in a black Antec P20 case.

Who this suits and who it does not

Buyers who want a ready-to-run system for high-refresh gaming and heavy multitasking will match the 96 MB L3 cache and 16 GB GPU memory. Builders who need more storage bays, a larger power supply than 1200 W or a different motherboard chipset should look elsewhere.

The spec that decides fit

The AM5 socket and X870 motherboard define upgrade limits: four DDR5 slots support up to 192 GB total memory and the board provides four M.2 connectors for future NVMe expansion.

Questions about this item

How loud is the 240 mm liquid cooler and 140 mm PSU fan when the Ryzen 7 9800X3D and RTX 5080 run under sustained load?

The CPU uses a 240 mm Quiet Edition AIO and the 1200 W PSU has a 140 mm ultra-quiet fan, so noise stays low even during long gaming sessions.

Which display cables and monitor inputs do I need for the RTX 5080 16 GB graphics card?

The RTX 5080 connects via PCI Express x16 and provides standard DisplayPort and HDMI outputs; use a compatible cable for your monitor's input.

Will my existing SATA SSDs or 3.5-inch hard drives fit inside the Antec P20 case alongside the 10 TB drive?

The case has two internal 3.5"/2.5" bays and two 2.5" bays, plus four SATA 6 Gb/s ports on the motherboard for additional drives.
