Liquid-cooled workstation desktop

This system pairs an 8-core AMD Ryzen 7 9700X processor with 192GB of DDR5 memory and a 240mm liquid cooler. It targets professionals who need sustained multi-threaded compute and large local datasets in a single tower.

Sustained load behaviour

The liquid cooler and 750W 80 PLUS Bronze power supply are designed to maintain CPU clocks up to 5.50 GHz during extended rendering or simulation workloads. Dual 4TB Samsung 990 PRO drives deliver sequential reads up to 7450 MB/sec and writes up to 6900 MB/sec without thermal throttling.

Interface practical limits

Four Mini DisplayPort outputs on the RTX A400 4GB card drive multiple professional displays from a single PCI Express x16 slot. Rear I/O includes two USB4 ports at 40Gbps, one USB 10Gbps port, three USB 5Gbps ports and four USB 2.0 ports alongside Intel 2.5Gb Ethernet and Wi-Fi 7 connectivity.

Questions about this item

How loud is the 240 mm liquid cooler and 140 mm PSU fan when the Ryzen 7 9700X runs all day?

The CPU uses a 240 mm quiet-edition AIO and the 750 W PSU has a 140 mm ultra-quiet fan, so noise stays low even under sustained load.

Which display cables do I need for the RTX A400 4 GB card?

The GPU provides four Mini DisplayPort outputs, so you need Mini DisplayPort cables or adapters for each monitor.

Will the PRIME X870-P motherboard support my older SATA SSDs and USB 2.0 devices?

Yes, the board includes two SATA 6 Gb/s ports and four rear USB 2.0 ports plus internal headers for legacy peripherals.
