System Overview

This Adamant Custom workstation combines an eight-core AMD Ryzen 7 9700X processor with 192GB of DDR5 memory and a 240mm liquid cooler. It targets creators and engineers who need high single-thread speed and large memory capacity without a discrete graphics card.

Memory Ceiling

The motherboard supports a maximum of 192GB across four slots, and this build already populates that limit. Buyers who need more capacity cannot expand further on this platform.

Build Notes

The Antec mid-tower case arrives pre-assembled with a 750W 80 PLUS Bronze PSU and three front 120mm fans plus a rear 120mm fan. Integrated Radeon graphics drive display outputs via HDMI and two USB4 ports, so no separate GPU installation is required unless workloads demand discrete acceleration.

Questions about this item

How does the Ryzen 7 9700X 3.8 GHz base clock behave under sustained load in this liquid-cooled build?

The 240 mm quiet-edition AIO keeps the 8-core CPU near its 5.50 GHz boost ceiling during long workloads because liquid cooling moves heat away faster than the stock air cooler, letting the processor hold higher frequencies without thermal throttling.

What real-world throughput does the X870 motherboard's USB4 ports deliver?

Each USB4 port is rated at 40 Gbps, so a single NVMe enclosure or dock can sustain roughly 4 GB/s reads and writes, while two devices share the total bandwidth through the same controller.

What clearance does the Antec P10 FLUX mid-tower need for the 240 mm radiator and front fans?

The case measures 477 mm deep, 220 mm wide and 486 mm high; the 240 mm radiator mounts behind the three 120 mm front intake fans, so allow at least the full case depth plus cable bend radius behind the motherboard tray.
