8-Core AMD Ryzen 7 9800X3D Workstation

This business desktop pairs an 8-core AMD Ryzen 7 9800X3D processor with 32GB of DDR5 memory and a 240mm liquid cooler. A 2TB NVMe SSD and a 10TB hard drive provide fast boot and deep archival storage. The Nvidia RTX PRO 5000 Blackwell GPU adds 48GB of video memory for professional visualisation workloads.

Engineers, CAD users and AI developers needing

The system suits workflows that rely on workstation-class graphics and large local datasets. Buyers who need more than 192 GB of system memory or a second GPU slot should consider a different platform. Offices without 2.5G Ethernet infrastructure will not use the full network capability.

Liquid cooling maintains clock speeds during long

The 240mm AIO keeps the CPU near its 5.20 GHz boost through extended simulation or training runs. The 850W 80 PLUS Bronze power supply delivers stable current to the 48GB GPU under continuous load. Case airflow uses four 120mm fans plus a 140mm PSU fan to exhaust heat without thermal throttling.

Questions about this item

What motherboard socket and chipset does this desktop use so I can confirm my AM5 cooler fits?

The system ships on a PRIME X870-P motherboard with an AM5 socket, so any cooler rated for AM5 will mount correctly.

Will my existing SATA 6Gb/s hard drives and PCIe 4.0 NVMe SSDs work with the storage connectors on this board?

Yes — the motherboard provides four M.2 slots wired for PCIe 4.0 and two SATA 6Gb/s ports, so both drive types connect natively.

How can I verify the RTX PRO 5000 Blackwell is running at full PCIe x16 speed after I install drivers?

Open NVIDIA Control Panel → System Information and confirm the GPU shows a PCIe x16 link width and the 48 GB frame buffer is detected.
