Core configuration

This Adamant Custom gaming desktop is built around a 16-core AMD Ryzen 9 9950X3D processor paired with an Nvidia GeForce RTX 5070 Ti graphics card. It ships with 128GB of DDR5 memory and a 2TB Samsung 990 PRO NVMe SSD. A 360mm liquid cooler and an 850W 80 PLUS Bronze power supply complete the main hardware set. Windows 11 Pro is pre-installed.

Suitability

The system suits creators and engineers who need high core counts and large memory capacity for modelling, video editing, rendering or AI workloads alongside gaming. Buyers who want more than 2TB of fast internal storage or who require multiple graphics cards should look at a different configuration. The four memory slots are fully populated, so further RAM upgrades mean replacing existing modules.

Deciding specification

The 128GB DDR5 capacity is the single figure that determines whether this workstation fits the workflow. It allows large datasets and complex scenes to stay in memory without paging to the NVMe drive. If the intended applications need less memory, a smaller kit will cost less; if they need more than the 192GB motherboard limit, a different platform is required.

Questions about this item

What sustained-load limit does the 16-core Ryzen 9 9950X3D hit first?

Under sustained load the 16-core Ryzen 9 9950X3D reaches its thermal and power ceiling before any other component, so the 360 mm liquid cooler runs continuously to keep clocks stable.

How loud and hot does the system get when it runs all day?

The 360 mm quiet-edition liquid cooler and 140 mm case fans keep CPU temperatures low and acoustic output minimal even during extended sessions, while the 850 W Bronze PSU stays within its efficiency band.

What must I already own for this desktop to function?

Only a display with a compatible video input, a keyboard and a mouse are required; Windows 11 Pro is pre-installed and Wi-Fi 7 plus 2.5 Gb Ethernet are built in.
