24-Core Threadripper Workstation

The Adamant Custom desktop pairs a 24-core Threadripper 9960X processor with 128GB of DDR5 ECC memory and an RTX PRO 4500 Blackwell GPU carrying 32GB of VRAM. It targets engineers, researchers and content creators who need high multi-thread throughput and professional graphics certification in a single tower running Windows 11 Pro.

Liquid-Cooled TRX50 Platform

A 360mm AIO cooler mounts directly to the sTR5 socket on the Gigabyte TRX50 AERO D motherboard, so the CPU block and radiator arrive pre-filled and sealed. Builders only need to secure the radiator to the case fan mounts and connect the pump header; the main risk is overtightening the water-block screws and warping the cold plate.

4TB NVMe Plus 10TB HDD Storage

The Samsung 990 PRO delivers up to 7450 MB/s reads and 6900 MB/s writes for active project files, while the 10TB SATA drive with 256MB cache holds archives and backups. The NVMe volume saturates the PCIe 4.0 x4 link during sustained transfers, and the mechanical drive reaches its throughput ceiling when multiple large streams run simultaneously.

Questions about this item

How can I confirm the 24-core Threadripper 9960X and 128GB DDR5 ECC are running correctly after first boot?

Open Task Manager to verify 24 cores and 48 threads at up to 5.3 GHz, then check the memory tab shows 128 GB DDR5; run Windows Memory Diagnostic for ECC validation.

What ships inside the Corsair 5000D FRAME case and what must I source separately?

The tower includes the TRX50 AERO D motherboard, liquid-cooled 9960X, 128 GB DDR5 ECC, 4 TB Samsung 990 PRO NVMe, 10 TB SATA HDD, RTX PRO 4500 32 GB GPU, 1200 W 80 PLUS Gold PSU and Windows 11 Pro; only a display, keyboard and mouse are needed.

Which storage tier should I pick if I want the fastest OS drive and the largest bulk archive?

Use the 4 TB PCIe 4.0 NVMe Samsung 990 PRO for the operating system and active projects, and the 10 TB SATA 6 Gb/s HDD with 256 MB cache for long-term data storage.
