Built for heavy compute

The Adamant Custom workstation pairs a 24-core Threadripper 9960X with 512 GB of DDR5 ECC memory and a liquid-cooled CPU loop. Windows 11 Pro is pre-installed on a 2 TB NVMe drive, while a second 4 TB NVMe and a 10 TB SATA HDD provide layered storage. An RTX 5060 8 GB GPU handles display output and light acceleration tasks.

Suited to memory-bound workloads

This system targets professionals running large simulations, rendering pipelines or virtualisation clusters that demand high core counts and ECC reliability. Buyers who need more GPU compute for AI training or real-time ray tracing should look at configurations with larger graphics cards. Workloads that fit in less memory can save cost with smaller capacity builds.

Fits a full-tower workflow

The Corsair 5000D frame supplies 360 mm radiator clearance, dual 120 mm case fans and a 1200 W 80 Plus Gold PSU with Japanese capacitors. The TRX50 motherboard exposes two USB4 Type-C ports, four USB 3.2 Gen 2, four USB 3.2 Gen 1, eight SATA 6 Gb/s ports and four M.2 slots for future expansion. Front-panel I/O adds two USB 3.0, one USB 3.1 Type-C and audio jacks.

Questions about this item

Does the workstation include the TRX50 motherboard and 1200W power supply needed to run the Threadripper 9960X?

Yes — the system ships with a Gigabyte TRX50 AERO D motherboard and a Thermaltake Toughpower 1200W 80 PLUS Gold PSU already installed.

Can I keep using my existing SATA III hard drives alongside the 10TB drive that comes in this unit?

The motherboard provides eight SATA 6Gb/s ports, so additional SATA III drives can be connected without adapters.

How can I verify the 512GB DDR5 ECC memory is running at its rated speed after first boot?

Open Task Manager or CPU-Z and confirm the memory frequency matches the DDR5 specification shown for the installed modules.
