32-Core Threadripper Workstation

This liquid-cooled tower pairs a 32-core AMD Ryzen Threadripper 9970X processor with 256GB of DDR5 ECC memory. A 1200W power supply and 360mm AIO cooler support sustained workloads in a Corsair 5000D Frame chassis. The system ships with Windows 11 Pro and is configured for professional workstation tasks.

Storage and GPU Bundle

A 2TB Samsung 990 PRO NVMe drive provides up to 7450 MB/s read and 6900 MB/s write speeds for active projects. A 10TB SATA hard drive with 256MB cache adds high-capacity bulk storage. The Nvidia RTX PRO 5000 Blackwell graphics card contributes 48GB of video memory for large datasets and GPU-accelerated applications.

Suited For Large-Memory Workloads

This configuration suits users who need 256GB of ECC memory and a 48GB professional GPU in a single desktop. Buyers who require more than 256GB of system memory or multiple GPU slots should consider alternative platforms. The tower form factor also limits rackmount deployment.

Questions about this item

Will the 256GB DDR5 ECC memory need replacement as workloads grow?

The board supports 256GB DDR5 ECC in its current configuration; adding capacity later would require compatible DDR5 ECC modules and available slots on the TRX50 AERO D motherboard.

What limits sustained performance first on the 32-core Threadripper 9970X?

The 360mm quiet liquid cooler manages the 32-core CPU up to its 5.4 GHz boost; thermal headroom of the AIO becomes the practical ceiling during prolonged all-core loads.

How loud and hot does the 1200W 80 PLUS Gold PSU run under all-day load?

The Thermaltake Toughpower 1200W uses a 140mm ultra-quiet fan and Japanese capacitors, delivering high efficiency with low noise even during continuous workstation operation.
